Woolgar Hunter were appointed as civil, structural and geo-environmental engineers to assist with a new purpose built office pavilion at Landressy Street in Bridgeton.
The building is the new headquarters for the Scottish Trades Union Congress (STUC) and has been designed to provide flexible office space including breakout zones, conference space and a small research library.
Engineering Excellence
The building was constructed over 2 storeys and is approximately 605sqm. The structure is a slimfloor steelframe and exposed composite precast concrete floors. The elevations were clad in black brickwork, glazing and curtain walling.
