The extensive refurbishment transforms the dilapidated building into a 91 bedroom hotel and forms part of the new Central Waterfront Development.
Engineering Excellence
The construction of new mezzanine bistro within the existing building along with extensive alterations to the structural arrangement for new plant and kitchen spaces, was sympathetically done to retain the period features of the building.
