This development consisted of the refurbishment of Category A Listed hotel situated in Bishopton on the banks of the River Clyde.

Engineering Excellence
The interior of the property contains magnificent period features such as elaborate corniced ceilings and oak panelled doors, made from Canadian timber. The property was painstakingly refurbished to its former glory and significant internal structural alterations were carried out to the main building and servant’s quarters, to house 53 individually designed bedrooms, some incorporating mezzanines.
A stand alone building located a short distance from the main property was redeveloped into a state-of-the-art leisure facility with the central courtyard developed to house a swimming pool with fully glazed roof over. Access to the leisure facilities was provided by creating a new fully glazed link from the basement servants area to the main building.
