Currently under construction, the Foundry development by New City Vision is set to offer 206 units, distributed across multiple blocks of varying heights, ranging from 3 to 6 storeys. The western boundary of the site will feature a row of townhouses to compliment the taller apartment blocks.
Situated on the southern edge of the site, Block 1 incorporates a subterranean carpark nestled between two residential blocks. This efficient design ensures optimal use of space for accommodation.

Engineering Excellence
The construction of the buildings employs timber kits for the upper four storeys of each block, ensuring efficient use of resources. For blocks exceeding four storeys, the lower levels are constructed with in-situ concrete podiums, flat slabs, and blade columns. This design approach minimises the structural zone and maximises the development’s flexibility.
The site’s location presents several constraints, including a railway line to the east and a telecoms mast to the north. Successful engagement with the stakeholders of these assets has been instrumental in the project’s success.
